Under the leadership of Director Nitin Sharma, who founded the team in 2025 and remains a primary supporter, the Shanju XI Cricket Team has rapidly emerged as a symbol of competitive spirit and teamwork within Shanju Investment Limited. Since their debut in the Elite Cricket Tournament, the team has shown remarkable growth, most notably securing their first-ever trophy with a dominant 4–1 T20 series victory against Zambia’s local Pakistan team. Beyond their current participation in the ZAM Community League, the program serves as a vital platform for fostering leadership, work-life balance, and lasting friendships among members. Driven by a passion for the game and a commitment to promoting Zambian cricket, Shanju XI continues to strengthen its presence as they prepare for future tournament challenges.
